1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all locations within the United Arab Emirates, including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

2. Delivery Times
We partner with Aramex Express for all deliveries.

  • Main Cities (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah): 1–2 business days.

  • Other Emirates & Remote Areas: 2–3 business days.

(Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during public holidays or peak shopping seasons).

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping Across UAE: We offer free delivery on all orders.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Available: COD is available at no extra charge.

4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS from Aramex.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders:

  • You must be available at your provided address to receive the package.

  • Phone confirmation may be required by the courier prior to delivery.

  • If delivery is refused or the customer is unreachable after multiple attempts, the order will be returned to us. Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restrictions.

6. Wrong Address or Unreachable Customer
If the customer provides an incorrect address, an invalid phone number, or is unreachable at the delivery time, the courier may return the package. Please ensure all contact details are correct at checkout.

7. Tracking Your Order
After shipping, you will receive an SMS tracking link and email confirmation from Aramex. You can track your parcel in real-time until delivery.

8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide a clear photo/video of the issue.

  • We will replace the defective item free of charge.
